About Us
At Align, we believe exercise should be empowering, personal, and built for life.
Why we exist
Align wasn’t born from a single lightbulb moment - it started when founder, Brianna, was living in the UK during the COVID lockdowns, she saw a growing need that wasn’t being met by the current fitness industry.
Brianna saw so many clients who couldn’t simply follow a generic online workout - not because they weren’t motivated, but because they needed modifications, structure, and support that reflected their individual health needs. There wasn’t much out there for them.

At the same time, Brianna was navigating her own health challenges, including a neurological condition caused by a head injury. She was learning that her body doesn't always respond the same from week to week. Some days she felt great, others she couldn't do what she had planned. She realised what she needed wasn't "more discipline" - it was adaptability. She didn't need to "push through" - she needed something that she could adjust, adapt and achieve so that she didn't feel like skipping a workout was her only option.
All of this accumulated into one clear belief: people deserve consistent, expert support that adapts to their health, their life, and their energy. Align was built to offer that kind of support.

Today, Align is a coaching-based movement hub designed to support people of all abilities, health conditions, and life stages. It’s a space where expert guidance meets compassion, where exercise is personalised, flexible and grounded in real life.
